MEMORANDUM OF APPEAL UNDER SECTIONS 161 AND 162 OF THE WEST PAKISTAN LAND REVENUE ACT 1967

The Appellant respectfully submits this Appeal against the Order passed by the impugned_officer_title on impugned_order_date, Copy of which is annexed as Annexure 'A'.

1. The Appellant is aggrieved by the impugned order on the following grounds:

2. The Appellant contends that the order is contrary to the evidence on record, the principles of natural justice, and the provisions of the West Pakistan Land Revenue Act 1967.

3. The impugned order has caused severe prejudice to the Appellant, particularly in the context of property_particulars.

4. All mandatory procedures under the Land Revenue Act 1967 were followed by the Appellant, and the lower authority exercised its jurisdiction erroneously.

5. The Appellant has complied with all procedural requirements and has raised this appeal within the prescribed time limit, as evidenced by the filing date.

6. The grounds of appeal, along with supporting documentary evidence, are detailed in the memorandum filed concurrently herewith.

LIMITATION: The present appeal is filed within the period of limitation prescribed by the parent statute, computed from the date of communication of the impugned order to the appellant. The certified copy of the impugned order has been obtained and is annexed.

PRAYER

It is, therefore, respectfully prayed that this Honourable Commission may be pleased to:

(a) Allow this Appeal and set aside the impugned order; (b) Pass such order as the Commission deems just and proper in the circumstances; and (c) Award costs in favour of the Appellant.
