APPLICATION FOR VERIFICATION AND SUCCESSION RECOGNITION UNDER NADRA ORDINANCE 2000 AND PAKISTAN CITIZENSHIP ACT 1951

1. The applicant respectfully submits this application seeking recognition of succession rights and verification of genealogical records before this Honourable Tribunal in respect of deceased_person_name, who departed this life on date_of_death.

2. That the applicant claims claim_relationship to the deceased, and is seeking official recognition and documentation of this relationship through NADRA records.

3. That deceased_person_name held a valid CNIC bearing reference number deceased_cnic_number, and all genealogical records in NADRA database must be corrected to reflect applicant_name as legal claimant_status.

4. That the applicant's genealogical connection to the deceased has been established through proof_of_relationship, including supporting_documents.

5. That such recognition is necessary for the purposes of: succession_purpose, and the applicant cannot proceed without official NADRA certification.

6. That the genealogical records currently maintained by NADRA contain discrepancies, specifically record_discrepancies, which require correction and updating.

7. That witnesses to the relationship are witness_names, all of whom have provided written statements confirming relationship_confirmation_details.

8. That the applicant has filed all necessary supporting documentation including document_list, with NADRA, and the same are available in the official file.

9. That the applicant has made repeated requests to NADRA field office for correction and verification, but nadra_response_status.

10. That under the NADRA Ordinance 2000 and the Pakistan Citizenship Act 1951, this Tribunal has jurisdiction to hear and determine applications relating to succession matters and genealogical verification.

11. That the applicant has paid the requisite application fee and complied with all procedural requirements for lodging this application.

12. That no similar application has been previously filed, and there is no legal impediment to the grant of the present application.

PRAYER

It is, therefore, prayed that this Honourable Tribunal may be pleased to:

(a) Admit and entertain this application in accordance with NADRA regulations;

(b) After due inquiry and hearing, verify and recognize the applicant_name as recognized_status of deceased_person_name;

(c) Direct NADRA to issue a certified genealogical verification certificate establishing the relationship between applicant_name and deceased_person_name;

(d) Direct NADRA to correct and update all genealogical records in the database to reflect applicant_name as record_status;

(e) Direct issuance of updated CNIC or such identity documents as may be necessary reflecting the corrected genealogical information; and

(f) Grant such other and further relief as this Honourable Tribunal may deem just and proper in the circumstances.
