APPLICATION FOR ISSUANCE OF DOMICILE CERTIFICATE UNDER PAKISTAN CITIZENSHIP ACT 1951

APPLICATION FOR ISSUANCE OF DOMICILE CERTIFICATE

1. The applicant respectfully submits this application for the issuance of a Domicile Certificate in accordance with the Pakistan Citizenship Act 1951 and the Provincial Domicile Rules applicable in province. 2. APPLICANT'S PARTICULARS: The applicant, applicant_name, holder of CNIC No. applicant_cnic, date of birth date_of_birth, is a citizen of Pakistan by descent/birth (as the case may be). The applicant's contact information is applicant_contact, and current address is applicant_address. 3. DOMICILE CLAIM: The applicant claims domicile in district, province, and seeks issuance of a Domicile Certificate certifying the same. 4. BASIS OF DOMICILE: The applicant's claim to domicile in district is based on the following grounds: a) PARENTAL DOMICILE: The applicant's father, father_name, was permanently domiciled in district, province. The applicant's mother, mother_name, continues to be domiciled in district. b) PERSONAL RESIDENCE: The applicant has been continuously and uninterruptedly resident in district for a period of residence_years years, from residence_start_date to the present date. c) INTENT TO RESIDE: The applicant intends to remain permanently domiciled in district and has established permanent residence through purchase of property and establishment of family. d) PROPERTY OWNERSHIP: The applicant owns the following immovable property in district: property_details e) FAMILY TIES: The applicant's spouse, children, and extended family members are all domiciled in district. 5. SUPPORTING EVIDENCE: The following documents substantiate the applicant's claim to domicile: a) Original CNIC of the applicant b) Birth Certificate (BForm) issued by Union Council c) CNIC of parents showing domicile in district d) Property ownership documents (deed/Fard of mortgage/lease) e) School certificates from institutions in district spanning education_years years f) Utility bills (electricity, water, gas) dated between utility_start_date and utility_end_date g) Affidavit of witness_1_name, resident of district for witness_1_years years h) Affidavit of witness_2_name, resident of district for witness_2_years years 6. NO CLAIM OF DOMICILE ELSEWHERE: The applicant hereby confirms that no domicile certificate has been issued in the applicant's name in any other district of Pakistan. The applicant is not claiming domicile in any province other than province. 7. EMPLOYMENT AND BUSINESS: The applicant is employed as occupation with employer_name in district/has an established business in district since business_start_date. 8. PURPOSE OF CERTIFICATE: The domicile certificate is required for the following purposes: certificate_purpose 9. All information provided in this application is true and correct to the best of the applicant's knowledge.

WHEREFORE, the applicant respectfully prays that this Honourable Deputy Commissioner may be pleased to: (1) Admit this application for issuance of Domicile Certificate; (2) Examine and verify the supporting documents attached hereto; (3) Conduct such further inquiry as may be deemed necessary to verify the applicant's domicile in district; (4) Verify from the Union Council and relevant authorities the applicant's continuous residence in district; (5) Issue a Domicile Certificate certifying that applicant_name (CNIC No. applicant_cnic) is domiciled in district, province; and (6) Afford such further and other relief as may be deemed fit and proper.

That the Applicant approaches this Honourable Court / Authority with clean hands, has made full and frank disclosure of all material facts, and has not concealed anything material to the just decision of the application.

That the present application is filed in good faith, at the earliest available opportunity, and is otherwise within the period of limitation prescribed by law.

That no prejudice will be caused to the Respondent / opposite party by grant of the relief sought; on the contrary, refusal of the relief would cause irreparable injury and hardship to the Applicant for which no adequate remedy is available in damages.

That the Applicant undertakes to abide by all directions and conditions that this Honourable Court / Authority may impose on the grant of relief, and to deposit any costs or undertakings as may be required.

PRAYER

In view of the foregoing, the Applicant / Petitioner / Complainant most respectfully prays that the Honourable Authority may be pleased to:

(a) Accept the present application for issuance of a domicile certificate;

(b) Verify the supporting documents and proof of long-standing residence submitted by the Applicant;

(c) Issue the domicile certificate of the domicile_district district at the earliest;

(d) Direct any consequential entries in NADRA records where applicable; and

(e) Pass any other order that the Deputy Commissioner / District Coordinator may consider just, fit, and proper.
