APPLICATION FOR FRAMING OF ISSUES

On behalf of applicant_name, the applicant_status, this application is respectfully submitted.

1. This suit was instituted on suit_date and involves a dispute concerning suit_subject_matter.

2. The written statements and pleadings of both parties have been filed and exchanged. The applicant hereby requests the Court to frame issues of fact and law that shall determine the rights and liabilities of the parties.

PROCEDURAL POSITION

The pleadings are now complete and the parties have filed their respective pleadings together with the documents annexed thereto.
