APPLICATION UNDER SECTION 22-A(6) OF THE CODE OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE, 1898
Respectfully submitted:
1. That applicant_name respectfully approaches this Honourable Court as Justice of Peace under Section 22-A(6) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898, seeking direction to the Police for remedial_action.

8. That Section 22-A(6) CrPC vests power in the Session Judge (as ex-officio Justice of the Peace) to direct the police to register FIR or to interfere with such inaction and provide relief.
WHEREFORE
It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Honourable Court, in exercise of powers conferred by Section 22-A(6) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898, may be pleased to:
(a) Direct the police_station_name Police Station to register an FIR in respect of the alleged offence(s) under crime_sections;
(b) Depute another investigating officer or conduct investigation suo motu if original_officer_details;
(c) Issue such directions as deemed necessary to secure effective investigation; and
(d) Pass such further or other order as deemed just and proper in the circumstances.
