APPLICATION FOR LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION WITH WILL ANNEXED UNDER SECTION 219, SUCCESSION ACT 1925

1. The applicant respectfully submits this application for grant of letters of administration with the will annexed in respect of the estate of deceased_name, who departed this life on date_of_death at place_of_death.

2. That deceased_name left behind a valid will dated will_date, which has been duly filed with this Honourable Court, constituting the testamentary dispositions of the deceased.

3. That deceased_name named named_executor as executor under the aforementioned will. However, executor_unable_reason, rendering {{him/her}} unable and unwilling to execute the office of executor.

4. That the applicant is applicant_relation_to_deceased, and is entitled to letters of administration in view of applicant_entitlement_basis.

5. That the applicant has attained majority, is applicant_suitability_details, and possesses all legal qualifications to administer the estate of the deceased.

6. That the estate of the deceased comprises estate_composition, with approximate total value of estate_value_pkr Pakistani Rupees.

7. That the net heirs of the deceased are heirs_list, and the applicant has obtained written_consent_status from the major heirs.

8. That no objection has been filed by any interested party, and the succession is uncontested.

9. That the death of deceased_name has been duly registered with registration_authority vide registration entry registration_number dated registration_date.

10. That under Section 219 of the Succession Act 1925, where a testator has appointed an executor who is unable or unwilling to act, letters of administration with the will annexed shall be granted to eligible_person_category.

11. That the applicant undertakes to faithfully administer the estate in accordance with the terms of the will and applicable law, and to render accounts as and when directed by this Honourable Court.

12. That no previous application for administration has been filed in this regard, and this application is the first and only application for succession to the estate of deceased_name.

PRAYER

It is, therefore, prayed that this Honourable Court may be pleased to:

(a) Grant letters of administration with the will annexed to the applicant applicant_name, for and in the estate of deceased_name, deceased;

(b) Direct the applicant to furnish security in the sum of security_amount Pakistani Rupees or such amount as this Court deems appropriate;

(c) Direct all persons holding property, money, or documents belonging to the estate to deliver the same to the applicant;

(d) Direct the applicant to file periodic accounts and render statements of administration; and

(e) Grant such other and further relief as this Honourable Court may deem just and proper in the circumstances.
