APPLICATION UNDER ORDER I RULE 10 OF THE CODE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE, 1908

Respectfully sheweth:

1. That this application is filed on behalf of applicant_name, a person not originally a party to the above-captioned suit but who claims to have been directly and substantially affected by the outcome of the proceedings and who possesses a direct interest in the subject matter of the dispute.

2. That the present suit was instituted by plaintiff_name against defendant_name on the basis of suit_subject, and the proceedings are pending before this Honourable Court.

3. That applicant_name has a direct and material interest in the outcome of the present suit, as applicant_interest.

4. That it is only proper and necessary that applicant_name be impleaded as a party to the present proceedings so that his/her rights and interests are properly adjudicated and protected.

8. That no part of the applicant's claim is barred by any law of limitation, as the application is made within due time during the pendency of the suit.
