APPLICATION FOR REMOVAL/BLOCKING OF UNLAWFUL CONTENT

Sir/Madam,

1. I hereby make this application to the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority under Section 37 of the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016, requesting the blocking or removal of unlawful online content from platform_or_website.

(c) In the event of non-compliance or delay, direct the blocking of access to the specific URLs/accounts from within Pakistan;

(d) Maintain the blocking until complete removal and verification of removal is confirmed;

(e) If applicable, investigate and identify the content provider and take enforcement action; and

(f) Provide confirmation to the applicant upon removal or blocking of the content.
