APPLICATION UNDER ORDER VII RULE 11 CPC FOR REJECTION OF PLAINT
Respectfully sheweth:
1. That the Defendant hereby submits an application under Order VII Rule 11 of the Civil Procedure Code 1908 for rejection of the plaint on the following grounds:

2. That the aforesaid grounds are provided in Sub-rule (a), (b), (c), and (d) of Order VII Rule 11 CPC, which empower this Honourable Court to reject a plaint.
