Subject: Application for renewal of Trade Licence No. trade_licence_number (issued in respect of business_name, premises at business_address) for the licence year licence_year.

Respected Sir / Madam,

1. That the undersigned, applicant_name, son / daughter of applicant_father, holder of CNIC No. applicant_cnic, is the proprietor / authorised signatory of the business operating under the name and style of business_name, having Trade Licence No. trade_licence_number, issued by the tma_office_name on licence_issue_date, valid till current_expiry_date.

2. That the business is duly carried on at the premises located at business_address, and the activity falls within the category of business_category, with NTN No. business_ntn, and (where applicable) sales tax registration No. sales_tax_number, in compliance with the applicable laws, bye-laws, and regulatory requirements.

3. That all dues in respect of the licence and any other levy of the tma_office_name have been duly paid up to dues_paid_till, and there are no arrears outstanding against the business. The proof of payment of the renewal fee for the licence year licence_year, in the sum of Rs. renewal_fees, vide receipt no. receipt_number dated receipt_date, is annexed for ready reference.

4. That there has been no material change in the particulars of the business since the issuance of the licence, save for the following: change_disclosure (where applicable; otherwise: 'NIL'). All other particulars, including the location of the business, the nature of activity, and the responsible persons, remain as previously declared and recorded with this office.

5. That the following documents are submitted in support of the application, in compliance with the checklist prescribed by the tma_office_name: (a) original / copy of the existing trade licence; (b) attested copies of CNIC of the applicant; (c) updated rental / ownership document of the premises; (d) NTN certificate; (e) proof of payment of renewal fees; (f) sales tax registration certificate (where applicable); (g) any environmental / health / safety NOCs (where applicable); and (h) additional_documents.

6. That the undersigned undertakes to abide by all the conditions, bye-laws, and regulations governing the operation of the business, to display the licence prominently at the business premises, and to inform the tma_office_name of any change in the particulars within fifteen (15) days of such change.

It is, therefore, respectfully prayed that the tma_office_name may be pleased to: (a) renew the Trade Licence No. trade_licence_number for the licence year licence_year; (b) issue the renewed licence on payment of the prescribed fees as already deposited; (c) communicate any objections or shortcomings, if any, in writing, with reasons; and (d) issue any further intimation as may be required in the matter.
