COMPLAINT AGAINST A BANK

Subject: Complaint against bank_name under Section 82A Banking Companies Ordinance 1962

Respectfully submitted:

1. I, complainant_name, son/daughter of complainant_father, resident of complainant_address, hereby lodge a formal complaint against bank_name (hereinafter referred to as 'the Bank') for acts or omissions which have caused me loss, damage, or inconvenience.

4. The aforementioned acts / omissions of the Bank have caused the following loss and inconvenience to me: loss_and_inconvenience

5. I have made repeated attempts to resolve this matter directly with the Bank through: (a) Verbal complaints at the branch on first_complaint_date (b) Written complaints submitted on written_complaint_date (c) Correspondence with Bank management on management_letter_date

6. Despite these attempts, the Bank has failed to resolve the matter satisfactorily, and bank_response_or_action.

7. I am not satisfied with the Bank's response, which is inadequate and does not address my grievance properly.

8. I have no other adequate remedy except to approach the Banking Mohtasib for redressal.

9. The complaint is being submitted within the prescribed time limit under Section 82A of the Banking Companies Ordinance 1962.

RELIEF SOUGHT

It is, therefore, humbly prayed that the Banking Mohtasib may be pleased to:

(a) Investigate the complaint thoroughly and impartially;

(b) Direct the Bank to relief_sought;

(c) Direct the Bank to pay compensation of Rs. compensation_amount for the loss and inconvenience caused;

(d) Direct the Bank to take corrective measures to ensure such grievances do not recur; and

(e) Grant such other relief as may be deemed just and proper.
