The complainant respectfully requests the Anti-Corruption Establishment to conduct a thorough inquiry and investigation into the allegations, preserve all documentary evidence, and initiate appropriate legal proceedings against the accused.

(e) Recover the proceeds of corruption identified by the enquiry; and

(f) Pass any other or further order that the Director General may consider just and proper in the circumstances.
