COMPLAINT FOR UNAUTHORIZED USE OF IDENTITY INFORMATION UNDER SECTION 16, PREVENTION OF ELECTRONIC CRIMES ACT 2016

Sir/Madam,

1. I respectfully lodge this complaint against accused_person_name for committing the offence of unauthorized use of identity information under Section 16 of the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016.

2. That I am complainant_profession, residing at complainant_address, bearing CNIC complainant_cnic. I am a citizen of Pakistan and victim of criminal identity theft through electronic means.

3. That without my knowledge, permission, or consent, accused_person_name unlawfully obtained my personal and identity information, which comprised identity_information_details.

4. That the accused deliberately and intentionally used my identity information to misuse_purpose, thereby creating fraudulent accounts, conducting transactions, and causing reputation damage in my name.

5. That the accused's unauthorized use of my identity became known to me when discovery_of_misuse, and I immediately realized my identity had been stolen and misused.

6. That the accused used my identity on platform_or_service on misuse_dates, with intent intent_details.

7. That evidence of this misuse includes evidence_of_misuse, and I possess documentation proving the fraudulent accounts or transactions were not authorized by me.

8. That as a result of the accused's unauthorized use of my identity, I have suffered significant harm including harm_suffered, financial loss of approximately loss_amount_pkr Pakistani Rupees, and severe emotional distress.

9. That the accused's conduct constitutes a criminal offence under Section 16 of PECA 2016, which expressly criminalizes the obtaining, selling, possessing, transmitting, or using of another person's identity information without authorization.

10. That I have reported this matter to reporting_channels and have taken steps to block or reclaim my identity, including remedial_actions.

11. That accused_identification_details, believed to be currently located at accused_location.

12. That there is no lawful or authorized basis for the accused's possession, use, or transmission of my identity information, and the conduct was wholly unauthorized and malicious.

PRAYER

I, therefore, request this Honourable Agency to:

(a) Register a First Information Report (FIR) under Section 16 of the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016;

(b) Conduct a full investigation into the unauthorized use of my identity information and identify all platforms and services where my identity was misused;

(c) Apprehend accused_person_name and arrest him/her to prevent further misuse and tampering with evidence;

(d) Direct removal of all fraudulent accounts, posts, and transactions created in my name;

(e) Preserve all digital evidence including server logs, metadata, IP addresses, and device information;

(f) Direct financial institutions and service providers to freeze or reverse all transactions conducted using my fraudulently obtained identity; and

(g) Prosecute accused_person_name under Section 16 PECA 2016 and recover loss_amount_pkr Pakistani Rupees or equivalent compensation.
