COMPLAINT FOR CYBER STALKING UNDER SECTION 24, PREVENTION OF ELECTRONIC CRIMES ACT 2016

Sir/Madam,

1. I respectfully lodge this complaint against accused_person_name for the offence of cyber stalking under Section 24 of the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016.

2. That I am complainant_profession, aged complainant_age, residing at complainant_address, bearing CNIC complainant_cnic. I am a complainant_gender and victim of systematic cyber stalking.

3. That accused_person_name with intent to stalking_intent, has engaged in repeated and persistent electronic harassment, surveillance, monitoring, and intimidation against me.

4. That the accused's stalking conduct commenced on stalking_start_date and has continued relentlessly until the present date, during which pattern_of_stalking.

5. That the accused used electronic means including electronic_means_used to monitor, follow, watch, and surveil my activities, movements, and communications without my knowledge or consent.

6. That the accused sent me threatening, abusive, and intimidating messages through platforms_used, including specific_threats_or_abusive_content.

7. That the accused captured and shared my images without authorization, specifically images_captured_details, thereby violating my privacy and dignity.

8. That the accused engaged in additional_stalking_conduct, all designed to coerce, intimidate, and harass me into ceasing my lawful activities or submitting to the accused's demands.

9. That as a consequence of the accused's cyber stalking, I have suffered severe psychological trauma, including psychological_impact, and have been forced to lifestyle_restrictions.

10. That I requested accused_person_name to cease this conduct on request_date, but the accused refused and intensified the stalking behavior.

11. That I have reported this matter to reporting_channels and have compiled comprehensive evidence including evidence_compiled.

12. That the accused's conduct falls squarely within Section 24 of PECA 2016, which criminalizes cyber stalking involving intent to coerce, intimidate, or harass through information systems and electronic means.

PRAYER

I, therefore, request this Honourable Agency to:

(a) Register a First Information Report (FIR) under Section 24 of the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016;

(b) Conduct a thorough investigation into the cyber stalking and collect all digital evidence including message logs, images, metadata, and IP addresses;

(c) Immediately apprehend and arrest accused_person_name to prevent further harassment and to secure evidence;

(d) Direct platforms_used to preserve and share all account information, communication logs, and metadata related to the accused's account;

(e) Issue a cybercrime protection order restraining the accused from contacting, monitoring, or surveilling me in any manner;

(f) Direct removal of all unauthorized images and content posted by the accused; and

(g) Prosecute accused_person_name under Section 24 PECA 2016 with full criminal liability for cyber stalking.
