Respectfully submitted:
1. The Appellant files this Departmental Appeal against the order dated order_date passed by inquiring_officer_designation in inquiry_reference, which imposed the penalty of penalty_imposed on the Appellant. PRAYER
(a) Allow the Departmental Appeal and set aside the impugned order dated order_date; (b) In the alternative, reduce the penalty to alternative_penalty; (c) Restore the Appellant to his original position with all consequential service benefits; (d) Direct reinstatement of service_restoration_items; and (e) Award any other relief deemed just and proper.
