Subject: Termination of employment with effect from effective_termination_date, in accordance with the Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance 1968 and the contract of employment dated contract_date.

Dear employee_name,

1. Reference is made to your appointment letter / contract of employment dated contract_date, on the basis of which you have been working with employer_name as employee_designation, in the department_name department, since joining_date. This letter is also issued without prejudice to the show-cause notice / inquiry proceedings, where applicable, referenced as prior_proceedings_reference.

2. The Management has, after due consideration of the record and following the disciplinary process applicable in the establishment, formed the view that your continued employment is not in the interest of the establishment for the following reasons: grounds_for_termination. The conduct in question constitutes misconduct / unsatisfactory performance / breach of contract within the meaning of Standing Order 15 of the West Pakistan Standing Orders Ordinance 1968 and the relevant clauses of your contract of employment.

3. Accordingly, in exercise of the powers vested in the Management under the Standing Orders, the contract of employment, and the established service rules of the establishment, the services of Mr. / Ms. employee_name are hereby terminated with effect from the close of business on effective_termination_date.

4. In compliance with the requirements of law and the contract, the Management hereby tenders notice_pay_status (one month's salary in lieu of notice / has duly observed the prescribed notice period). The final settlement of your dues has been worked out as follows: salary up to the effective date of termination Rs. final_salary; encashment of accrued leave Rs. leave_encashment; provident fund / EOBI dues, if any, Rs. pf_eobi_balance; gratuity payable Rs. gratuity_amount; less recoveries on account of recovery_particulars of Rs. recoveries; netting to a final settlement of Rs. net_final_settlement.

5. You are required to: (a) hand over peaceful and clean possession of all property of the establishment that may be in your custody, including property_to_handover, on or before the effective date of termination; (b) settle any advances, loans, or imprest accounts; (c) sign the final settlement and exit clearance papers; and (d) refrain from holding yourself out as an employee or representative of employer_name after the said date.

6. The confidentiality, non-solicitation, and post-termination obligations contained in your contract of employment, including those at clauses relevant_clauses, shall continue to bind you in accordance with their terms. The Management reserves all its rights and remedies in law and equity, including those in respect of any liability that may arise out of acts or omissions during your tenure of service.

7. You may collect your experience certificate, settled dues, and any personal belongings from the office of exit_office during normal working hours, upon completion of the formalities mentioned above. Should you wish to make any representation in this regard, the same may be addressed in writing to representation_authority within seven (7) days of the date of this letter.

The Management thanks you for your services rendered during your tenure with employer_name and wishes you success in your future endeavours.
