APPLICATION FOR APPOINTMENT OF GUARDIAN AD LITEM
The applicant, by this application under Order XXXII Rule 3 of the Civil Procedure Code 1908, respectfully prays that minor_or_person_name be represented through a guardian ad litem in the present proceedings.
The applicant submits the following facts:
1. That minor_or_person_name, person_description, is a party to the present case and requires representation through a guardian ad litem.
2. That person_status and is therefore unable to appear and conduct the case in person or through a counsel of his/her own selection.
3. That applicant_name relationship of minor_or_person_name and is the most suitable and fit person to act as guardian ad litem for protecting the interests of minor_or_person_name in the present proceedings.
4. That applicant_name has consented to accept the position of guardian ad litem and is prepared to perform all duties and responsibilities with integrity and in the best interests of minor_or_person_name.
5. That applicant_name is of sound mind and repute and is a fit and proper person to be entrusted with the guardianship of minor_or_person_name for the purpose of the present case.
WHEREFORE, it is humbly prayed that applicant_name be appointed as guardian ad litem for minor_or_person_name to represent and protect the interests of minor_or_person_name throughout the present proceedings.
That the Applicant approaches this Honourable Court / Authority with clean hands, has made full and frank disclosure of all material facts, and has not concealed anything material to the just decision of the application.
