The Applicant, by this application, most respectfully prays for the following relief:

STATEMENT OF FACTS
1. The Applicant is the applicant_relation of the minor child minor_name, aged minor_age years, who is currently without a guardian.

7. There is no other suitable person better qualified than the Applicant to be the guardian of the minor.
8. The appointment of the Applicant as guardian would be in the best interests and welfare of the minor child.

GROUNDS
1. Under Section 7 of the Guardians and Wards Act 1890, the Court may appoint a guardian of the person and property of a minor.
2. The welfare of the minor is the paramount consideration in any guardianship matter.
3. The Applicant is a fit and proper person to be appointed guardian and has the capacity and willingness to discharge the duties.
4. The minor child is without guardianship and is in need of immediate protection and care.
5. The appointment of the Applicant as guardian will ensure the minor's proper upbringing, education, and protection of property.
