APPLICATION FOR LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION
The applicant, being a legal heir of deceased_name, by this application under Sections 218-234 of the Succession Act 1925, respectfully prays for grant of letters of administration to administer the estate of the deceased.
The applicant submits the following facts:
1. That deceased_name, holding CNIC No. deceased_cnic, resident of deceased_address, died on date_of_death at place_of_death.
2. That the deceased intestacy_reason and left behind no executor named in any will.
3. That the applicant is a legal heir of the deceased and is entitled to obtain letters of administration for proper administration and distribution of the deceased's estate.
4. That the legal heirs of the deceased are: legal_heirs_list.
5. That the deceased's estate comprises the following assets: estate_details.
6. That the applicant is a fit and proper person to be entrusted with administration of the estate and undertakes to distribute the same in accordance with the law.
7. That no previous letters of administration have been granted in relation to the deceased's estate.
WHEREFORE, it is humbly prayed that letters of administration be granted to the applicant for administration and distribution of the estate of deceased_name.
That the Applicant approaches this Honourable Court / Authority with clean hands, has made full and frank disclosure of all material facts, and has not concealed anything material to the just decision of the application.
8. That the Petitioner is the surviving spouse / lawful heir of the deceased and is entitled to the grant of letters of administration in priority over all others, in accordance with Sections 218 to 220 of the Succession Act 1925.
9. That a complete and accurate inventory of the assets and liabilities of the deceased, with valuations as at the date of death, is annexed and reproduced below: assets_inventory.
10. That the Petitioner undertakes to administer the estate faithfully, to file accounts as required by this Honourable Court, and to abide by all directions issued by the Court in the course of administration.
