PETITION FOR PERMISSION TO TAKE MINOR ABROAD UNDER SECTION 26 OF THE GUARDIANS AND WARDS ACT, 1890

Respectfully sheweth:

1. That the Petitioner is a natural guardian of the minor minor_name, aged minor_age years, and is duly appointed as the legal guardian of the minor by this Honourable Court vide order dated guardianship_order_date.

2. That the Petitioner is seized and possessed of parental authority over the minor and is responsible for the care, protection, and welfare of the child. The minor is at present residing under the custody and control of the Petitioner at current_residence.

3. That the Petitioner intends to take the minor to destination_country for purpose_of_visit during the period of travel_dates as part of the minor's visit_nature.

4. That such visit is necessary and is in the best interests of the minor as reason_for_visit. The visit shall serve the educational, health, or developmental purposes of the child.

5. That the Petitioner shall secure that the minor is properly protected during the journey and stay abroad and that all arrangements for the minor's safety, accommodation, and supervision are in place. The Petitioner shall be accompanied by accompanying_persons throughout the journey.

6. That the Petitioner has obtained all necessary travel documents for the minor, including a valid passport, visa, and health certificates as required. document_details.

7. That the Petitioner shall ensure the minor's return to Pakistan within the stipulated period and shall comply with all immigration and customs regulations of both Pakistan and the destination country.

8. That other_guardian_status. There are no pending disputes regarding the guardianship or custody of the minor, and the Petitioner has the uncontested right to take the minor outside the territorial limits of Pakistan.

9. That this Honourable Court has the jurisdiction to grant this permission under Section 26 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890, which empowers the Court to direct that a ward may be taken out of the limits of its jurisdiction for purposes specified in the order.

10. That the Petitioner undertakes that the minor shall be returned to Pakistan by return_date and shall resume residence at the original address. The minor's education, health, and welfare shall not be prejudiced by this temporary absence.

PRAYER

It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Honourable Court may be pleased to:

(a) Grant permission to the Petitioner to take the minor minor_name to destination_country for the purpose of purpose_of_visit during travel_dates;

(b) Direct that the minor shall be returned to Pakistan by return_date; and

(c) Pass such further or other order as deemed just and proper in the circumstances of the case.
