AFFIDAVIT
I, deponent_name, son/daughter of deponent_father, resident of deponent_address, holding CNIC No. deponent_cnic, do solemnly affirm and declare as follows:
1. That I am a citizen of Pakistan and am of sound mind and legal capacity to make this solemn affirmation.
2. That I am of marriageable age as per the law of Pakistan, being age years old as on today's date.
3. That I have never been married in my life and am at present in the status of an unmarried person.
4. That I have no living spouse, neither am I bound by any marriage contract or engagement.
5. That I am not under any legal impediment to marry, including divorce or dissolution of any previous marriage.
6. That there is no restriction, order, or decree of any Court of law preventing me from marriage.
7. That I intend to marry intended_spouse_name, son/daughter of intended_spouse_father, resident of intended_spouse_address, in country_of_marriage in accordance with the Foreign Marriage Ordinance 1961.
8. That I make this solemn affirmation in my true and correct capacity and with complete knowledge of the consequences of making a false affirmation.
