INDEMNITY BOND FOR TRANSFER OF MOTOR VEHICLE

INDEMNITY BOND

WHEREAS the Transferor (Indemnifier), transferor_name, son/daughter of transferor_father, resident of transferor_address, holding CNIC No. transferor_cnic, is the registered owner of the motor vehicle described as follows:

AND WHEREAS the Transferor desires to transfer the said vehicle to transferee_name, son/daughter of transferee_father, resident of transferee_address, holding CNIC No. transferee_cnic;

NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH that in consideration of the sum of Rs. consideration_amount and other valuable consideration, the Transferor doth hereby indemnify the Transferee against all losses, claims, encumbrances, and liabilities arising from or relating to the said vehicle, including:

1. Any outstanding loan, finance, or mortgage on the vehicle;

2. Any traffic violations, fines, or penalties incurred before the date of transfer;

3. Any claims by third parties for damage, injury, or loss caused by the vehicle before the date of transfer;

4. Any loss or damage to the vehicle documentation or registration particulars;

5. Any undisclosed defects or mechanical issues in the vehicle at the time of transfer.

The Transferor undertakes to keep the Transferee indemnified and harmless against all such losses and claims and to bear all costs and legal expenses arising thereupon.
