APPLICATION FOR DEMARCATION OF LAND BOUNDARIES UNDER SECTION 117, PUNJAB LAND REVENUE ACT 1967

1. We/I respectfully submit this application for demarcation of land boundaries and preparation of corrected Khasra map in respect of the property detailed above.

2. That we/I are applicant_status of the above-mentioned Khasra khasra_number, measuring area_measurement, as shown in the revenue record of last_record_update_year.

3. That a boundary dispute has arisen between us/me and respondent_names, regarding the exact location and boundaries of the said property.

PRAYER

It is, therefore, prayed that this Honourable Office may be pleased to:

(a) Accept this application and direct the Patwari to proceed with demarcation of the boundaries of Khasra khasra_number in accordance with Section 117 of the Punjab Land Revenue Act 1967;

(b) Direct an on-site inspection and demarcation process, with proper notice to all interested parties;

(c) Based on physical evidence and boundary markers, establish and record the correct boundaries of the property;

(d) Direct preparation of a corrected Khasra map reflecting the demarcated boundaries;

(e) Direct the Patwari to update the revenue record (Lambardari) to reflect the corrected boundaries and area; and

(f) Grant such other and further relief as may be just and proper in the circumstances.
