POWER OF ATTORNEY

1. To manage all my property_category properties and assets and to exercise all powers of an owner in relation thereto.
2. To enter into contracts and agreements and to execute all deeds and documents necessary for such contracts.
3. To receive and recover all monies and amounts due to me and to give valid receipts and discharges therefor.
4. To make deposits and withdrawals from my bank accounts and to operate my bank accounts.
5. To file applications, petitions, and appeals before any Court of law or administrative authority and to appear on my behalf in legal proceedings.
6. To negotiate, compromise, and settle all disputes and legal matters.
7. To sign and execute all documents and instruments on my behalf.
8. To perform all other acts and things necessary or incidental to the above powers.
