POWER OF ATTORNEY
I, principal_name, son/daughter of principal_father, resident of principal_address, holding CNIC No. principal_cnic, being the owner of the immovable property described hereinafter, do hereby nominate, constitute, and appoint attorney_name, son/daughter of attorney_father, resident of attorney_address, holding CNIC No. attorney_cnic, as my true and lawful Attorney to sell, convey, and transfer the following property on my behalf:

The said Attorney is hereby authorized to:
1. Sell and transfer the above property for a price not less than Rs. minimum_price.
2. Negotiate with prospective buyers and finalize the terms of sale.
3. Execute and deliver Sale Deed and all other necessary documents.
4. Receive payment from the buyer and give valid receipts and discharges.
5. Register the Sale Deed before the Sub-Registrar.
6. Clear all dues and encumbrances and deliver free possession to the buyer.
7. Deliver all title deeds and documents to the buyer or to the Sub-Registrar.
Payment Terms: payment_terms
The said Attorney undertakes to remit all sale proceeds to me within remittance_period of completion of the transaction.
This Power of Attorney must be registered before the Sub-Registrar as required by law for dealing with immovable property.
I hereby ratify and confirm all acts done by my said Attorney within the scope hereof.
