APPLICATION FOR GUARDIANSHIP

Respectfully sheweth:

1. That the Petitioner seeks appointment as guardian of the person and/or property of minor_name, aged minor_age years, son/daughter of minor_parents.

That this Honourable Court has the jurisdiction to entertain the present petition under the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan 1973 and the relevant statutory framework. No other adequate remedy is available to the Petitioner, or where any alternate remedy exists, it is illusory and inefficacious in the facts and circumstances of the present case.

That the Petitioner has approached this Honourable Court with clean hands and has made full and frank disclosure of all material facts. The Petitioner has not previously approached any other forum for the same relief, save and except as expressly disclosed herein.

That this Honourable Court has the jurisdiction to entertain the present petition by virtue of the constitutional or statutory framework above. No other adequate or efficacious remedy is available to the Petitioner, and any alternate remedy that may exist is illusory or onerous in the facts and circumstances of the case.

That the Petitioner has approached this Honourable Court with clean hands, has made full and frank disclosure of all material facts, and has not previously approached any other forum for the same relief.

That the present petition is filed at the earliest available opportunity after the cause of action arose, and is otherwise within the period of limitation prescribed by law.
