Your Petitioner respectfully submits that the impugned order/decision dated impugned_order_date passed by impugned_authority in case_reference is illegal, without jurisdiction, and warrants interference by this Honourable Board under Section 164 of the Punjab Land Revenue Act 1967.
The petitioner is aggrieved party in the above-mentioned revenue case. The impugned order has caused grave prejudice to the petitioner by brief_injury. The order is based on misinterpretation of law, misapplication of facts, and is patently arbitrary.
The facts of the case are as follows: case_facts. The impugned authority failed to consider material evidence on record and relied upon inadmissible and hearsay evidence in passing the impugned order.
The following substantive grounds are pressed in support of this petition: GROUND 1: ground_1 GROUND 2: ground_2 GROUND 3: ground_3 Each of these grounds independently constitutes sufficient cause to revisit and set aside the impugned order. Taken together, they demonstrate a manifest error of jurisdiction, misapplication of law, and breach of principles of natural justice. The decision impugned is founded on material misapprehension of facts and ignores critical documentary and oral evidence placed before the original authority. Such errors warrant immediate intervention.

IN THE RESULT, the petitioner prays for the following relief(s): 1. The impugned order dated impugned_order_date be SET ASIDE; 2. The case be REMANDED to the impugned_authority for fresh consideration in accordance with law; 3. Costs of this petition.
That this Honourable Court has the jurisdiction to entertain the present petition by virtue of the constitutional or statutory framework above.
