REVOCATION OF POWER OF ATTORNEY

DEED OF REVOCATION
I, principal_name, son/daughter of principal_father, resident of principal_address, holding CNIC No. principal_cnic, do hereby make this Deed of Revocation to revoke and cancel the Power of Attorney granted by me as follows:

WHEREAS I granted the aforesaid Power of Attorney to the above-named Attorney on the date mentioned above, and
WHEREAS I desire to revoke and cancel the said Power of Attorney effective from date_of_revocation,
NOW THEREFORE I do hereby revoke, cancel, and withdraw the said Power of Attorney and all powers conferred therein, effective from date_of_revocation.
I hereby notify the Attorney and all concerned parties that the Power of Attorney stands revoked and the Attorney is no longer authorized to act on my behalf in any matter.
All acts done by the Attorney after the date of this revocation shall not bind me in any manner.
If the original Power of Attorney was registered before the Sub-Registrar, this Revocation Deed must also be registered before the Sub-Registrar for complete legal effect.
