WITHOUT PREJUDICE
Dear defendant_name,
1. This notice is issued on behalf of Mr./Ms. client_name, son/daughter of client_father, resident of client_address (hereinafter referred to as 'my client').
2. My client advanced / loaned / provided money to you in the sum of Rs. amount_in_words (Rs. amount_in_figures) on transaction_date.
3. The aforesaid sum was advanced under the following terms and conditions: transaction_terms

5. You have failed to repay / refund the aforesaid sum despite repeated requests made by my client, both verbally and in writing.
6. The failure on your part to clear the outstanding sum of Rs. outstanding_amount constitutes a breach of the contractual obligation(s) entered into between you and my client, and is now causing irreparable loss and damage to my client.
7. My client has lost his / her patience and is not inclined to give any further time for the settlement of the aforesaid amount.
TAKE NOTICE that unless the aforesaid amount of Rs. amount_in_figures is deposited / paid to my client within notice_period_days days from receipt hereof, my client shall be constrained to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against you at your sole cost and risk. In the event of litigation being forced upon my client, we reserve the right to claim interest, cost of the proceedings, and any other relief my client may be entitled to under the law.

Sir / Madam, you are hereby called upon to respond to this notice within compliance_period days from the date of receipt by complying with the demand made above. In default, my client will be left with no option but to initiate appropriate proceedings, civil and criminal, before the competent forum, at your sole risk, cost, and consequences.
This notice is served upon you without prejudice to any other rights and remedies available to my client under the law of Pakistan, including but not limited to civil suits for damages, injunctive relief, criminal complaints, and recovery proceedings, all of which are expressly reserved.
