Sub-Registrar / Auqaf · Pakistan Waqf Properties Ordinance 1979 read with Muhammadan Law
Applications for CNIC, B-Form, FRC, NICOP, POC, and other NADRA documents under the Pakistan Citizenship Act 1951.
Identity documentation in Pakistan is administered by the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) constituted under the NADRA Ordinance 2000, with substantive citizenship law drawn from the Pakistan Citizenship Act 1951 and the Citizenship Rules 1952. NADRA issues the Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), the B-Form for minors, the Family Registration Certificate (FRC), the National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP), and the Pakistan Origin Card (POC). Each document has its own application, supporting evidence, and verification process. The library covers CNIC applications (new, renewal, modification), birth and death registration, FRC issuance, NICOP applications, POC applications, marriage registration (domestic and foreign), nationality verification, and corrections of NADRA records. Each template is drafted in the format accepted by the relevant NADRA Registration Centre.
